Our story
1983
Christodoulos Frangoudes lays the first stones of what would become a family name in Limassol construction. Working out of Souni with a small crew of local craftsmen, he builds traditional stone homes the old way - by hand, on time, and to a standard he'd put his own family inside.
1990s - 2000s
As Souni and Souni-Zanakia grow into one of Limassol's most desirable hillside areas, Frangoudes grows with them. Custom villas, family homes, sensitive renovations of older Cypriot houses - dozens of projects, each one delivered by the same trusted team of masons, carpenters and engineers.
Today
The next generation now leads the company alongside the founding family, bringing modern architecture, energy-efficient building methods and a boutique-developer mindset to every project. The values haven't moved an inch: quality over quantity, trust over transactions, and a finished home you'd be proud to live in yourself.
Boutique, to us, isn't a marketing word - it's a constraint. We deliberately limit how many projects we run at once so the same family hands stay on every site. That's how you get materials chosen on merit, details that don't get value-engineered away, and a finished home that ages well.
Four decades on, we still know the families we built for. Many of their children now ask us to build theirs. That continuity - knowing a home will be lived in, judged and passed on - is the only quality control that really lasts.
